This is a great article by Mexperience one of my favorite and trusted blogers regarding Mexico.
My expertise is San Felipe. The people of San Felipe are friendly and respectful to Americans and also Canadians (which they can not tell the difference between). This is because the majority of the people in San Felipe are naturally friendly and respectful to everyone.
Here is the article:
The latest visitor statistics revealed that Mexico welcomed over 35 million visitors in 2016, a 9% rise on 2015, and a new record. The country is now among the top ten most visited places in the world, offering visitors depth and diversity of leisure experiences.
When you arrive in Mexico, you will be welcomed by an Immigration and Customs procedure that provides for security whilst treating visitors and residents with dignity and respect.
• 1,500 sq. ft., 2 bath, 2 bdrm single story “Top rated efficient sea view solar home” – $79,500 USD. Reduced to SELL!!!
Los Medanos North, El Dorado Ranch – This is a beautiful and well-made solar home in a fantastic community on the Sea of Cortez. This home is the first adobe block home completed on El Dorado Ranch. The construction of this home has begun a revival of old traditions, by blending old world construction with modern building technology. The blocks were made in the local mountains by the Pai Pai Indians. The home was constructed by a U.S. builder/engineer, in partnership with the Pai Pai construction crew. The exterior block walls are reinforced with rebar and concrete. They are 18 inches thick in the taller portion and 12 inches thick in the shorter portion walls. In order to keep the home environmentally friendly, all paint and stain is high quality eco-friendly material imported from the U.S.. The home runs on solar energy, and most of the materials used in construction were locally bought. This home was located on the lot so as to not disturb any of the local plants, the builders took great pride in preserving these native cacti. The result is a home, built by locals, with as much local and natural products as possible, and now is a structure that belongs in and is part of it’s environment.
